More than three quarters of people claim their mental health has worsened since the outbreak of COVID-19, a new study by the Black Dog Institute has revealed.
The study, compiled by Associate Professor Jill Newby, of UNSW and based at the Black Dog Institute, surveyed more than 5,000 people between 27th March to 7th April 2020. It looked into people’s anxiety levels and how they were coping over the outbreak. It has today been published on Plos One here.
