The Let’s Talk service assists older people and their families to resolve or prevent interpersonal differences and disagreements in ways that improve their relationships and make decisions that protect the interests, rights and safety of the older person and their families.
The Let’s Talk Elder Support and Mediation Service is a service that assists older people and their families to:
• Prevent or resolve family conflict
• Have difficult conversations
• Plan for the future (including medical, health, financial or living arrangements)
• Resolve differences in ways that improve their relationships.
• Make decisions that protect the interests, rights and safety of the older person and their families.
